Each persons needs are met through an emphasis on equality and diversity, meaning different preferences, cultures, health needs and hobbies are integrated into their support.

Everyone within Merrywick Hall is actively encouraged to develop greater independence through accessing employment, other local services, and engaging in daily activities within the community. These include day trips, local shopping, concerts, the theatre, and many more. Individuals are able to access the community independently or with support staff dependent on their needs.
